Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, sales and weekends.
  • Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day.

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages.

Please Note:

The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available at a later date.

PREORDER SHIPPING POLICY:

Before you decide to order a PREORDER item from our website, please note the following:

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
  • Preorder Pillows- Cannot be changed or modified once preorder date has ended and production time has started.
  • Preorder Pillows are custom special orders created just for you - they are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is an error with your order that we made during production. 
  • Preorder Items are hand stitched custom pillow designs that can take up to 10 weeks to be completed - not including shipment time.
  • The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date. We will process orders in the order in which they are received and ship orders the moment that they are available.
  • Preorders are non-transferrable. All preorders will ship directly to the person and address specified at checkout- no exceptions.
  • Once preorders have been received from production, you will be notified via email regarding shipment times and tracking information.
  • We do our best to communicate all the details about preorder items in the item description. On occasion, details about the pre-order item may change and is out of our control. If at any time you haven questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@pillowscript.com.
